I don’t know about you, but I love September.
In my country it means spring is here and summer will be following shortly. If you live in America it probably means you’ve just gone back to school.
It is a time of new beginnings, almost as much as the New Year is.
I do not remember any of my New Year’s resolutions, except that I wanted to read 75 books (not going to happen). The beginning of my year went fairly well, and then a pandemic hit. It threw all my plans out of the window.
But September, as it always does for me, seems to be bringing some new hope. The virus is calming down in our country and we can (cautiously and with the proper protocols) slowly start going back to normal.
I am grateful for this blessing in my life of another September, and so I am making some September resolutions. With 4 months left in the year, I want to take some time to re-evaluate and finish 2020 strong.
My September Resolutions:
- Read a really long book (1000+ pages).
- Read the New Testament in 90 Days.
- Have 30 days of gratefulness where I write out what I am grateful for each day and go into detail as to why.
- Blog at least twice a week
Do you have any resolutions for the rest of the year?
